Eligibility
- Candidate should have a graduate degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an LL.B. degree.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Result-oriented, committed, and with a strong sense of discipline.
Responsibilities
- Need to respond and support all legal cases against the bank in the hub.
- Monitor all customer vehicles and other assets and initiate legal proceedings for recovery of dues.
- Ensure suitable legal action and other proceedings are initiated for repossessing the asset and recovering the outstanding dues after reviewing the NPA contracts with the SLC.
- Monitor all statutory compliance licenses in the hub.
