OpsTree Solutions is looking to hire a Legal & Contracting Associate with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- A law degree (LLB) is mandatory
- In-depth understanding of the Indian Contract Act
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents such as MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs
- Oversee contract lifecycle management and renewals
- Conduct negotiations with clients/vendors and maintain stakeholder communications
- Organise and maintain contract and SOW repositories
- Prepare contract summaries through abstraction
- Use MS Word and Excel extensively for legal tasks
