  • Commercial Contract Review: Assess commercial agreements and summarize scattered legal data to provide strategic insights for sales, risk, compliance, and revenue assurance.
  • Client-Focused Project Work: Participate in diverse legal projects across sectors like technology, manufacturing, telecom, and pharmaceuticals, delivering high-quality, deadline-driven results.
  • Use of Contract Management Platforms: Gain hands-on exposure to SignDesk’s specialized contract management tools used for handling clients' legal and financial data.
  • Data Interpretation and Reporting: Practice advanced skills in interpreting, modeling, and reporting complex contract-related information.

Candidate Requirements
