Job/Internship Overview
Zype is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Executive – Legal & Compliance at their Mumbai office. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review a variety of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and official correspondence.
- Ensure all legal paperwork complies with current laws and regulations.
- Perform legal research and provide insights into applicable laws and case precedents.
- Keep legal and corporate records well-organized and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for necessary filings and submissions.
- Support the execution of corporate governance tasks, including meetings of the board and shareholders.
- Help in applying best practices in corporate governance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must hold an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in legal and compliance roles.
- Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
