Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate located in Gurugram in real estate and corporate practice. The Associate will be responsible for managing legal documentation, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents and contracts, and representing clients in legal proceedings. The role also involves liaising with clients and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in legal documentation, drafting, and contract negotiation
- 0-2 years of experience in legal domain
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in corporate law, real estate, or regulatory advisory is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent; admission to the Bar Council is preferred
