About the Role
IThum World is expanding its in-house legal department and is hiring a Legal Associate to support its legal operations in commercial real estate. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputed organization that has been a pillar of real estate development in Delhi NCR for decades.
Key Responsibilities
- Real Estate Legal Support: Conduct due diligence on land and property transactions, identify legal risks, and assist in deal closures. Draft and review documents for RERA registration, extensions, and compliance with UP-RERA, HARERA, etc.
- Contract Management: Draft and review key legal agreements including MOUs, LOIs, NDAs, lease deeds, SPAs, SHAs, and license agreements. Handle buyer-builder agreements, possession documents, and inter-departmental legal briefs.
- Corporate Governance: Collaborate with CS, finance, CRM, auditors, and external counsel. Assist in compliance and secretarial processes.
- Legal Research: Track regulatory changes and industry updates. Prepare monthly legal reports and advise departments on compliance.
- Dispute Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams and legal counsel for representation in legal forums. Maintain litigation trackers, draft legal pleadings, and evaluate IBC resolution plans.
Educational Qualifications
- LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year) from a recognized university; must be enrolled with the Bar (2022 onwards).
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial real estate legal practice, preferably in a corporate legal team or law firm.
- Proficient in Contract Law, RERA, IBC, Arbitration, Companies Act, and relevant real estate laws.
- Fluency in reading and drafting in Hindi is essential.
Job Location
Sector 62, Noida. Immediate joiners preferred.

On-site role (6-day workweek)
Compensation
Salary will be offered based on profile and is negotiable.
