Role Overview

Piramal Pharma is currently seeking a Legal Apprentice to join their team. This role will involve:

  • Comprehensive management of Section 138 legal matters, including notice drafting, collaboration with internal teams for evidence collection, case filing, and representation in court.
  • Drafting and reviewing various legal documents such as Indemnity Bonds, Affidavits, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), Authorizations, and more.
  • Monitoring changes in regulatory frameworks (like D&C, LM, FSSAI, Consumer Protection) and evaluating their business impact.
  • Maintaining an organized litigation tracker to support ongoing and future legal proceedings.

Key Stakeholders

Internal: PCH business team members from Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance, Regulatory, and CPF teams, including HR and Finance personnel. External: Law firms, former employees, customers, and other external partners.

Reports to: Senior Manager, Legal

Team Size: 4

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications: Law graduate from a recognized institution.

Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a legal setting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
