Eligibility
- Associate with 0-1 years PQE. Freshers with past internship on litigation side may also apply.
- Student Interns for January, 2025 either in 4th or 5th year in 5 year integrated law courses or in 2nd or 3rd year of 3 year law courses. Interns committing for more than 6 weeks will be preferred. Applications for less than 4 weeks of internship shall not be accepted.
Responsibilities
- Associate: Drafting, Filing/E-filing and occasional appearances before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, at New Delhi and other tribunals. It may be noted that substantial work pertains to Supreme Court Practice and procedure. Prior acquaintance with the same is desirable.
- Intern: Reading, Research, drafting case notes etc. and presence in courtrooms to facilitate associates who may be juggling between cases.
