In this role, you will collaborate with legal counsels across EMEA and occasionally with external stakeholders, engaging in a mix of routine administrative duties and more complex legal responsibilities. You will play a vital part in keeping our contract and corporate documents database (Legisway) accurate and up to date. Beyond documentation, you will contribute to process automation initiatives designed to modernize our legal operations.
Your daily work will involve supporting the digital transformation of the EMEA legal team by managing contract databases, uploading agreements, and ensuring proper record‑keeping. You will assist with administrative logistics such as arranging couriers, coordinating signatures, working with notaries, and maintaining physical legal files. Under the guidance of legal counsels, you will help draft basic legal documents including contracts, amendments, and legal correspondence. You will also support litigation settlement processes, maintain project tracking spreadsheets, schedule meetings, and prepare presentation materials.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and skilled in prioritization. Fluency in both English and German is essential, while knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset are key traits for success.
