Roles and Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth legal research on international estate planning, asset protection, and wealth structuring, with emphasis on U.S. and other international laws.
- Analyse corporate laws and their interaction with trusts, foundations, and estate planning structures.
- Assist in designing, reviewing, and implementing cross-border corporate and trust structures.
- Prepare detailed research notes, legal memorandums, opinions, and comparative jurisdictional analyses.
- Draft and review trust deeds, estate planning instruments, corporate documentation, and holding structures.
- Prepare high-quality client-facing content, presentations, and research publications for private client practice.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and business partners for transaction execution.
- Stay updated on legal, regulatory, and industry developments to provide proactive legal solutions.
- LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognised university.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in private client practice or corporate transactional work.
