Position Overview
The organization is looking to onboard a Retainer Advocate to manage legal interests across specific districts in Madhya Pradesh. This role focuses on recovery litigation, execution of court orders, and maintaining strong coordination between the company and the judicial system.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Bar Enrollment: Must have cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience; however, Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Language & Tech: Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word) and typing proficiency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Litigation: Handling Criminal Complaints, Police Matters, and Consumer Cases.
- Recovery Laws: Managing matters related to the SARFAESI Act, Arbitration, and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
- Execution: Overseeing EP Cases and the execution of Summons and Warrants.
- Field Work: Conducting customer visits and managing professional client handling for dispute resolution.
