PayAssured is hiring a Commercial Recovery Lawyer with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. The role focuses on live recovery matters, using legal and commercial strategies to convert stalled receivables into outcomes through settlements and structured payment plans.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work on live recovery matters with a focus on customer settlements
- Draft commercial settlement contracts and structure payment plans
- Follow up on commitments and move matters toward closure
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external advocates
- Use legal and commercial strategies to convert stalled receivables into outcomes
Eligibility Criteria
- 2+ years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, debt recovery, banking and finance legal work, or commercial legal practice
- Experience in commercial settlements and litigation preferred
- Hands-on drafting experience with legal notices, replies, settlement contracts, payment plans, and recovery communications
- Strong communication skills, ownership, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple matters with urgency, accuracy, and commercial awareness
