Eligibility

Role
As an Assistant Manager (Legal), the candidate will provide strategic legal support to EY’s business operations, particularly within the GDS-GCO Enablement team. The role involves working closely with the Singapore General Counsel’s Office and senior stakeholders to manage contractual risks and ensure compliance with global standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including engagement agreements, teaming agreements, subcontract agreements, NDAs, and RFP responses.
- Advising on IT-related contracts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (independence, onshore legal, security, and risk management).
