Position Overview: Legal Cashier (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor online banking transactions and financial activities.
- Check and manage the banking inbox daily.
- Support billing processes across the firm.
- Manage client-to-office financial transfers.
- Respond to finance-related queries from staff and departments.
- Process invoice payments through an online portal.
- Work closely with fee earners, secretaries, and the cashiering team to maintain smooth financial operations.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
