Chandhiok & Mahajan is inviting applications for the position of Associate for its Corporate / Transactions team. The role requires professionals with relevant post-qualification experience who can work from the firm’s Delhi office.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Conducting legal due diligence for corporate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
- Assisting in corporate transactional matters
- Handling legal work related to Companies Act and FEMA regulations
- Supporting the team in managing end-to-end transactions
- Experience: 1–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a corporate transactions practice
- Strong experience in due diligence, drafting, and negotiation of transaction documents
- Good working knowledge of Companies Act and FEMA regulations
- Prior experience handling transactions independently is preferred
