Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing high-quality business support candidates for Top 200 UK law firms in London
- Participating in vacancy briefings with Legal Recruitment Consultants
- Building candidate pools on LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Conducting candidate screening calls and preparing shortlists
- Drafting and posting job advertisements
- Supporting market research and analysis related to the legal recruitment sector
- Assisting with social media outreach and candidate engagement
