Accuflex is inviting applications for Litigation Paralegals to join its candidate pool. Selected candidates will be matched with suitable roles based on their skills, experience, and preferences. The work may involve document review, dispute resolution support, legal drafting, and case management across various client organisations.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Conduct document review and manage case files
- Review and organise disclosure documents using eDisclosure platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, Nuix)
- Draft legal documents such as statements of case, witness statements, and correspondence
- Prepare court bundles and assist in filings
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw UK, LexisLibrary, and Practical Law
- Manage deadlines, case trackers, and litigation records
- Assist in handling litigation matters under Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties
- Support solicitors and legal teams in case progression
- Use legal tech tools and document management systems effectively
- Law degree or equivalent (LLB, GDL, or SQE1 preferred)
- Minimum 6 months’ experience as a litigation paralegal
- Familiarity with litigation processes, court procedures, and CPR
- Experience with legal research tools (Westlaw, Lexis, etc.)
- Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills
- Technologically proficient with MS Office and legal software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
