Join the Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra, Judge at the Supreme Court of India, as a legal intern. Applications are now open on a rolling basis for internships scheduled between August and December 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students currently in their:
- 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LLB course
- 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LLB program
- Pursuing an LLM or another postgraduate degree in law
- Recent law graduates are eligible to apply.
Intern Responsibilities
- Legal research and drafting
- Preparing case briefs, synopses, and background notes
- Attending court proceedings and recording minutes
- Assisting in academic work including lectures, seminars, and publications
Internship Format
This is a full-time, in-person internship based in New Delhi.
Internship Duration
Each internship will span a minimum of four weeks, beginning on the first Monday of the month. Interns seeking extended duration or alternate start dates may be considered individually.
