The firm’s practice areas include Corporate & Commercial Law, Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency, Mergers & Acquisitions, Regulatory Advisory, Arbitration & Mediation, Real Estate Structuring & RERA Advisory, and Litigation (Consumer, RERA & Recovery matters).
Selected interns will be attached to a Senior Associate acting as a mentor. Interns are expected to maintain records of assigned work, tasks performed, and learning outcomes. Based on performance, interns may be absorbed into the firm or their internship period may be extended.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs
- Assisting in court matters, including filing, defect removal, and ancillary procedural work
- Identifying and compiling relevant rulings and judgments
- Assisting senior advocates and associates in day-to-day legal work
- Visiting courts and tribunals
- Drafting miscellaneous applications, written arguments, and related pleadings
- Any other legal work assigned from time to time
Eligibility Criteria
- 4th or 5th year law students (5-year LL.B. program)
- Fresh law graduates
- Candidates must be available for full-time, in-house internship
