Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced GEM & Tender Consultant to support us in government portal registration and public tender submissions. The consultant will be instrumental in helping us build an internal capability to manage tenders independently in the future.
Responsibilities
- Portal Registration & Compliance
- Facilitate company registration and verification on GEM and similar procurement platforms.
- Ensure all required documentation and compliance protocols are completed correctly.
- Tender Identification & Submission
- Identify and shortlist tenders relevant to our product offerings.
- Support the preparation and submission of at least 5 tender bids within the first three months.
- Internal Training & Enablement
- Train our internal team to manage the tendering process independently in the long term.
- Build internal SOPs and knowledge transfer for sustainable future operations.
Key Deliverables
- Successful registration and verification on GEM.
- Minimum of 5 relevant tenders submitted within 90 days.
- Internal team trained and prepared for future tender management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 8 years of experience in government procurement and tender management.
- Proven track record of successful registrations and bid submissions on GEM or similar platforms.
