About the Opportunity: Vaish Associates Advocates is currently looking for a qualified legal professional with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), focusing primarily on transaction advisory and general corporate law. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside senior legal experts on high-value corporate transactions and complex regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an ability to handle multiple responsibilities, and a proactive approach in supporting senior team members while managing independent assignments.

Roles and Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of key legal functions, including:

  • Transactional Work – Drafting, reviewing, and assisting senior lawyers in negotiating transactional documents, ensuring precision and compliance.
  • Advisory & Opinions – Preparing legal opinions on matters under the Companies Act, FEMA, FCRA, and SEBI regulations.
  • Due Diligence – Leading and coordinating legal due diligence exercises in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Client Management – Managing client interactions independently to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • General Corporate Advisory – Drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial and operational agreements.
  • Regulatory Knowledge – Applying corporate and regulatory frameworks effectively to meet client needs.

Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification – LL.B. from a reputed institution is mandatory. Preferred Qualification – Candidates holding a Company Secretary (CS) qualification with ICSI membership will be given preference. Candidates should possess strong legal drafting skills, in-depth regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in transaction advisory and corporate law is essential for this role.
