About the Job
SKAA is looking for an Associate with 0–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their Corporate Team.

Eligibility

  • LL.B. from a recognized university
  • 0–3 years of PQE in corporate law, ideally with exposure to general corporate advisory. Freshers with relevant internships in corporate law will also be considered.
  • Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

The role involves working on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including general advisory, joint ventures, and transactional work. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career in corporate and transactional practice.

Salary

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and in line with industry standards.
