They are looking for a motivated Associate with 1–2 years of experience in contract drafting and corporate laws, preferably with prior exposure at a reputed corporate law firm.

Eligibility

  • LL.B. from a recognized university
  • 1–2 years PQE with corporate law firm experience (mandatory)
  • Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor/employment contracts, etc.)
  • Assisting with corporate advisory, compliance, and governance matters
  • Supporting due diligence and documentation in M&A / investment transactions
  • Conducting legal research and preparing notes & opinions
