About the Opportunity

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), New Delhi, is inviting applications in the prescribed format (as per Annexure I of the official advertisement) for the engagement of one Consultant.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be an Indian citizen.
  • Must hold a graduate degree from a recognized institution (India or abroad).
  • Should demonstrate specialized knowledge or original thinking through content writing, published work in peer‑reviewed journals or media, or experience in a reputed academic, research, or policy organization—specifically in digital diplomacy, e‑Governance, or digital transformation.
  • Proven skills in writing and presentation are essential.
  • Age should be between 23 and 40 years as of the application deadline.

Compensation:

The selected candidate will receive a remuneration based on experience and qualifications, capped at Rs. 10 lakh per annum, subject to applicable taxes. The fee remains fixed during the engagement period.
