- Advisory & Opinions – Preparing legal opinions on matters under the Companies Act, FEMA, FCRA, and SEBI regulations.
- Due Diligence – Leading and coordinating legal due diligence exercises in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Client Management – Managing client interactions independently to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- General Corporate Advisory – Drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial and operational agreements.
- Regulatory Knowledge – Applying corporate and regulatory frameworks effectively to meet client needs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification – LL.B. from a reputed institution is mandatory.
- Preferred Qualification – Candidates holding a Company Secretary (CS) qualification with ICSI membership will be given preference.
