Eligibility
TKC Partners is currently inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Dispute Resolution Team. The firm is looking for candidates with 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience who can bring both expertise and dedication to the role. Role
The selected Associate will become part of the firm’s dynamic Dispute Resolution Team and will actively participate in handling matters before a wide range of forums. This includes the Supreme Court, High Court, NCLT, and NCDRC, as well as Domestic and International Arbitration proceedings. The role requires appearing in court, assisting senior lawyers with complex matters, conducting detailed research, and preparing high-quality drafts.
