The Litigation Wing of the Indian Army is inviting applications from qualified legal professionals for the role of Military Law Research Associate. This is a unique opportunity to engage in diverse service and administrative law matters, work closely with military personnel, and gain hands-on experience in litigation.
Appointments will be made on a contractual basis, with postings at multiple locations across India.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree with minimum 55% marks from a Bar Council-recognised institution
- At least 2 years of experience as an Advocate, Research Associate, or Legal Assistant
- Qualified the AIBE (All India Bar Examination)
- Preferably a Postgraduate in Law
- Strong skills in legal research and writing
- Familiarity with online legal databases such as eSCR, SCC Online, and Manupatra
