About the Role

At Schbang, we believe every great idea deserves equally strong legal support. We're looking for a Legal Trainee to join our Corporate Legal team—someone with a solid foundation in legal principles, keen attention to detail, and a passion for learning in a fast-moving, creative space.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including client contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and more.
  • Support daily legal operations while ensuring compliance and managing legal risks across departments.
  • Assist with intellectual property tasks such as trademark filings and brand protection initiatives.
  • Provide clear, practical legal guidance to internal teams.
  • Organize and maintain legal documents and templates with accuracy and consistency.
  • Gain some exposure to litigation assistance and legal research to build a well-rounded skillset.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A recent law graduate or a final-year law student (subject to college approval for internships).
  • Completed at least a year of internships in legal roles, preferably with in-house teams or law firms specializing in corporate, IP, or media law.
  • Strong drafting abilities and excellent written communication—you’re fluent in “contract language”.
  • Detail-focused, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
