Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a recognized law program (3-year or 5-year course).
  • Previous internship experience in litigation or disputes is required.

Available Internship Periods:

  • 15 June 2025 – 31 July 2025
  • 1 July 2025 – 31 July 2025
  • 1 August 2025 – 30 August 2025
  • 1 September 2025 – 30 September 2025

Applicants will receive a response approximately four weeks before the start date of the applied internship. Please note: Only full-time, in-person internships are offered. Remote or part-time applications will not be considered.

Stipend Details:

  • INR 6,000 per month for students based in Bangalore.
  • INR 6,000 per month plus reimbursement of accommodation expenses up to INR 6,000 for students from outside Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities:

Interns will assist with legal research and drafting in matters relating to disputes. Active participation in meetings and independent handling of assignments is encouraged.

  • An up-to-date CV (maximum three pages)
  • A statement of interest (maximum 300 words) explaining your motivation to pursue a career in litigation or dispute resolution
  • A concise critique/analysis of one of the following Supreme Court judgments:
    Gayatri Balasamy v. ISG Novasoft Technologies Ltd
    M/S Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Maharashtra
    The note should briefly summarize the ruling and offer an original analysis or critique.
