Practice Area: General Litigation | Commercial & Corporate Disputes
Location: New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- Appear before the Delhi High Court (original side and appellate), District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and quasi‑judicial bodies
- Draft pleadings, applications, replies, and legal opinions
- Handle writs, service matters, and contractual disputes
- Assist in trial preparation, evidence, and case strategy
- Conduct legal research and client briefings
- Manage filings and coordination with court staff and counsels
Essential Qualification and Experience:
- 1–3 years of litigation experience across High Courts, Tribunals, and trial courts
- Prior exposure to commercial disputes, service law, or corporate litigation
- Proficiency in drafting and court appearances
- Strong communication and research skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work in a collaborative environment
