Applications are hereby invited afresh from Advocates having a minimum of two years’ standing at the Bar Council (reckoned from the date of enrollment) for Empanelment as Assistant Editors for the purpose of preparing headnotes of reportable judgments of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi for publication on the e-DHCR Portal. It is clarified that those who have already applied in response to the previous Invitation for Empanelment dated 17.05.2025 need not reapply; their earlier applications will be considered along with new applicants.

Salary
The honorarium payable to empanelled Advocates shall be Rs 1,000 per judgment, subject to the submission and due verification of a minimum of fifteen head‑notes.
Job Profile
The empanelment as Assistant Editor shall be for a period of two years from the date of appointment. The empanelment shall be treated as a voluntary engagement, and the Assistants shall render services at the pleasure of the Hon’ble Committee for the implementation of the e-DHCR Project. Assistants shall be required to prepare and submit the headnotes within seven (07) days from the date of allocation of judgments by their respective Senior Editors.

Advocates desirous of being considered for empanelment may submit their detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) along with a brief statement of purpose. Submission of the Enrollment Number and a photograph is mandatory. Candidates who applied after the previous due date are hereby directed to submit their CV to the email address dhcilrbranch@qmail.com on or before 14 December, 2025. Submissions beyond this deadline will not be entertained. The date, time and venue of the interview shall be communicated after registration. The official notification is available through the authority’s portal.
