About the Competition
After successfully conducting two All India-level moot court competitions, Soundarya College of Law, Bengaluru, is proud to announce the All India 3rd Moot Court Competition 2025, scheduled for 10th and 11th October 2025. The competition aims to enhance students’ legal drafting, research, and oratory skills, preparing them for the demands of the legal profession. The event provides law students a platform to showcase their advocacy skills, engage in intellectually stimulating legal arguments, and gain hands-on experience of court proceedings. Teams from across India are expected to participate, making it a truly competitive and enriching event.

Eligibility
Each participating team must consist of three members – two speakers and one researcher. Students currently pursuing either a three-year LL.B. or a five-year integrated law degree from recognized universities are eligible to participate. Only one team per college will be allowed to register for this competition. This eligibility criterion ensures that every team represents their institution at a national level, promoting diversity and healthy competition among law students across the country.

How to Register?
Teams must complete the final registration along with the payment on or before 15th September 2025. After registration, participants are required to email a soft copy of the registration form and payment details to scl.mootcourt@soundaryainstitutions.in. Once confirmed, each team will be allotted a Team Code, which must be used for memorial submissions and all future correspondence. Additionally, participants must send a hard copy of the registration form along with travel plans by 6th October 2025. Timely registration is crucial as participation slots are limited.
