Atmiyata is a cost-effective, impactful, and scalable community-based mental health initiative designed to bridge the mental health and social care gap. It works in synergy with the public health system and is currently active in Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu.
Opportunity Overview
The Centre for Mental Health Law & Policy is seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager & Research Coordinator to join the Atmiyata team. The selected candidate will play a key role in overseeing field implementation and supporting the project’s expansion.
Eligibility Criteria
- A Master’s degree in social sciences, public health, or related fields
- 2 to 4 years of field experience
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites
- Strong communication abilities
- Proven team management skills
- Capable of engaging with stakeholders at block, district, and state levels
- Proficient in both English and Hindi (spoken and written)
