About the Internship

Genesis Consulting is looking for a motivated Legal Trainee to join the Regulatory and Commercial team at Mumbai Office.

Eligibility

  • Should be a law graduate / 0-1 PQE
  • This would be a hybrid set up at our Mumbai HQ in BKC (we are looking for a candidate preferably based out of Mumbai)

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and reviewing regulatory and commercial documentation in healthcare and FMCG domains.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, licensing agreements, and collaboration contracts.
  • Supporting the team on legal and compliance matters related to healthcare and FMCG projects.
  • Conducting legal research on regulatory frameworks, industry guidelines, and emerging laws in healthcare and FMCG sectors.
  • Assisting in due diligence exercises for partnerships, licensing, and M&A activities.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
