Scope of Work

The firm is currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Attorney to support its U.S. immigration law practice. This role involves direct collaboration with an accomplished immigration attorney to manage and prepare various case types, including Family Petitions, U-Visas, Asylum applications, and Naturalization processes. Responsibilities extend from conducting client intakes to gathering necessary documents, drafting petitions, organizing application packages, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to case preparation, ensuring compliance with USCIS and EOIR requirements while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client care.

Qualifications and Skills
