The firm is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant (Property Department) to support a busy conveyancing team. The role involves assisting fee earners and handling various aspects of residential property transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in preparation of legal documents for conveyancing transactions
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
  • Handling post-exchange work and preparing files for completion
  • Providing general administrative and legal support
  • Supporting fee earners in managing conveyancing caseloads
Eligibility:
  • Prior experience in residential conveyancing (essential)
  • Experience assisting fee earners across all transaction stages
  • Commercial property experience (desirable)
  • Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Job Details:
  • Opportunity: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
