- Conduct client onboarding and compliance checks
- Obtain and review title documents
- Prepare sale and auction packs
- Draft replies to CPSE and SCR enquiries
- Draft landlord and tenant documentation and sale contracts
- Prepare Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns
- Handle Land Registry applications and respond to requisitions
- Prepare completion statements, invoices, and accounts forms
- Assist with post‑completion work and file closure
- Provide support on corporate property matters where required
