A prestigious US law firm based in the City of London is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Legal Recruitment Assistant to join its team. The firm operates from modern offices and offers a collaborative, fast-paced working environment with hybrid flexibility and employee benefits.
The Legal Recruitment Assistant will support the Manager of Legal Recruitment and coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including trainee management. This role requires strong administrative capabilities, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure legal environment.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies, partners, and legal secretaries to coordinate candidate interviews
- Collating interview feedback and preparing approval-to-offer documentation
- Maintaining candidate documentation in compliance with GDPR guidelines
- Tracking candidate lifecycle data for reporting purposes
- Assisting with trainee lifecycle processes including induction, seat rotations, mid-seat and end-seat reviews, and qualification
- Building effective working relationships with partners, associates, trainees, and paralegals
- Escalating issues appropriately to the Manager of Legal Recruitment
Eligibility:
- Previous administrative experience within a law firm
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel

- Mode: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
