The role provides exposure to various aspects of legal practice, from research and drafting to client interaction and court proceedings, within a professional and growth-oriented environment.
As a Legal Intern at KS Law Chamber, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks designed to enhance your understanding of legal work. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Assisting in drafting legal documents such as briefs, memoranda, and correspondence.
- Supporting case preparation activities, including organizing and reviewing documents, and summarizing deposition transcripts.
- Attending court proceedings, hearings, and client meetings with attorneys.
- Managing administrative tasks like filing, document management, and scheduling.
- Collaborating with attorneys and paralegals on various legal projects.
- Staying updated on relevant legal developments and providing insights and analysis to the legal team.
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support the firm’s objectives.
Educational Qualification: UG – Any Graduate; PG – Any Postgraduate
