Key Responsibilities:
- Advise senior leadership on legal matters and ensure regulatory compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate key legal documents including commercial, vendor, and employment agreements
- Proactively assess risks associated with business operations and decisions
- Maintain accurate legal documentation and records
- Represent the company in legal proceedings or coordinate external litigation support
- Manage the company’s intellectual property portfolio (trademarks, copyrights, patents)
- Stay informed on changes in applicable laws and contribute to internal knowledge-building
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and law enforcement when necessary
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2–3 years of legal experience in a corporate environment
- LLB, integrated LLB, or LLM preferred
- Solid understanding of contract law, intellectual property, and compliance frameworks
- Experience handling copyright infringement, online piracy, and digital fraud
- Skilled in arbitration and mediation, with exposure to working with law enforcement agencies
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Confident in presenting and representing the organization in formal and informal legal settings
