We are looking for an enthusiastic law graduate to join our Legal Department as a Legal Analyst Intern. This role is designed to groom candidates into a Contracts Specialist (Shared Services) through structured training and hands-on experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Fast learner with adaptability and eagerness to grow
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Receptive to constructive feedback and capable of taking direction
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in commercial contracts or data privacy is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing global contracts including NDAs, RFPs, and vendor questionnaires
- Gradually take on contract negotiations (e.g. DPAs under GDPR), marketing and sponsorship agreements
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks such as legal research, documentation, and compliance operations
- Contribute to managing privacy requests and performing compliance checks
- Maintain exceptional accuracy while working under tight deadlines
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year law students (B.A. LL.B, B.Com LL.B, or B.B.A LL.B) graduating in 2023 or 2024
- Minimum aggregate score of 60% with no active backlogs
- Start Date September 2025
