Position Overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Private Client team. The role involves supporting fee earners on a wide range of private client matters while contributing to high-quality client service. This is a full-time, permanent position offering exposure to core areas such as wills, probate, and trust administration.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with wills and estate planning matters
- Supporting probate and estate administration processes
- Handling Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) work
- Assisting in trust administration
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Managing case files and documentation
- Providing general support to fee earners across private client work
Eligibility:
- Prior experience in a private client role (preferred but not mandatory)
