Position Overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Private Client team. The role involves supporting fee earners on a wide range of private client matters while contributing to high-quality client service. This is a full-time, permanent position offering exposure to core areas such as wills, probate, and trust administration.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with wills and estate planning matters
  • Supporting probate and estate administration processes
  • Handling Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) work
  • Assisting in trust administration
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Managing case files and documentation
  • Providing general support to fee earners across private client work

Eligibility:

  • Prior experience in a private client role (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
