We are seeking an experienced Deputy Legal Counsel to join our Retail Banking Legal team. This role is ideal for a legal professional specializing in advertising, marketing, and intellectual property laws, with a strong understanding of digital media and regulatory compliance.
The position focuses on providing end-to-end legal support for marketing and media initiatives, ensuring all advertising efforts comply with legal standards while protecting the bank’s interests in intellectual property and brand partnerships.
Roles and Responsibilities- Compliance and Regulation
- Ensure all promotional content complies with ASCI guidelines and relevant advertising laws.
- Conduct legal reviews and approve advertising materials, promotional content, and media campaigns for regulatory compliance.
