About the Opportunity Vidhigya invites enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Associate Faculty in the areas of Judiciary and Legal Reasoning.

This is a meaningful opportunity to shape the journeys of future lawyers and judges.

The role involves designing content, mentoring students, and leading impactful sessions—both online and in person—contributing to their academic and professional growth.

Roles and Responsibilities Associate Faculty – Legal Reasoning (CLAT) Develop structured and engaging course material for CLAT’s Legal Reasoning section.

Deliver effective classes (both online and offline) to teach legal reasoning concepts and strategies.

Provide individual support and performance guidance to students.

Organise outreach activities such as webinars and school workshops to raise awareness about legal education and support business development.

Associate Faculty – Judiciary Create and refine content for various judicial service exams, including test papers, assignments, and study material.

Conduct classes to explain key legal concepts and exam strategies.

Lead interactive doubt-clearing sessions.

Conduct outreach in colleges and online platforms to spread awareness about judicial career paths and help expand the institution’s reach.

Associate Faculty – CLAT PG Design and deliver comprehensive content for CLAT PG exam preparation.

Teach both online and offline, focusing on law subjects and exam techniques.

Counsel students on improving performance and developing effective study plans.

Engage in promotional activities like workshops and webinars to foster interest in legal careers.

Eligibility Criteria For Legal Reasoning (CLAT): Law graduate from a reputed law school with strong command over legal reasoning.

A passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Familiarity with online teaching tools and a flair for conducting interactive sessions.

Prior experience in teaching or student mentoring is a plus.

Preferably, experience of appearing in Civil Judge Mains or Interview stage.

Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in teaching for Judicial Services will also be considered.

Must be adept at online teaching and capable of conducting dynamic classes.

For CLAT PG: Law graduate from a reputed institution with thorough understanding of legal subjects.

Prior experience in CLAT PG exam with a competitive rank will be an advantage.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of virtual teaching platforms is desirable.

Background in teaching or mentoring law aspirants will be considered an added benefit.
