Our client, one of the leading global Legal Recruitment firms in the world, headquartered in London, is actively hiring at Research / Associate level to support the Law Firm Private Practice Partner recruitment team. The team covers UK Magic Circle, Silver Circle and leading US Law firm work in London and International Legal markets. They have an excellent reputation in the senior Legal Headhunting & Recruitment markets and offer fantastic training, development and support. There is a clear pathway to development and becoming a 360 consultant in a short time frame in a meritocratic environment.

Established for over 15 years, the firm are 25 strong in London and actively growing, the platform to bill is market leading in terms of established client base and candidate network and it's a supportive, autonomous and down to earth environment. They have a proven track record in training and developing ambitious and energetic graduates who want to build a long term career in the Legal Headhunting market. Legal recruitment is a very meritocratic, fast paced, sociable and lucrative industry. Once you progress to consultant level earnings of over £100k per year are realistic in the Legal recruitment market.

You need to be the following:

  • A LPC graduate with at least 6 months business to business sales experience (excluding retail)
  • You have 6 months+ professional recruitment experience in any market and a desire for a long term career in Legal recruitment
  • You must be prepared for headhunting / cold calling on a regular basis
