We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Events Executive. You will be part of a dynamic and experienced Marketing team within a global brand, gaining exposure to all areas of our business while collaborating with industry-leading experts.

About the role
As our Marketing Events Executive, you’ll play a vital role in the planning, design, and delivery of a wide range of internal and external events. These include major industry exhibitions such as UKIO, BMUS, and BIR, alongside educational events and sponsorship activities, including study days and partner-related initiatives. This is a pivotal role within our business, ensuring the smooth coordination of our UK events calendar and delivering outstanding marketing and event support across the organisation.
Your strong stakeholder management and event planning expertise will be essential, as you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling digital marketing and social media content for events. You’ll also be responsible for producing and managing event materials, including videos, flyers, and brochures. In addition, this role will also involve coordinating key logistics such as booking and organising event speakers, accommodation, travel, and photography.

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience of providing marketing support and co-ordinating events and exhibitions.
- A qualification in Marketing (either a HNC, CIM or similar) would be desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- An ability to build strong relationships with both external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised and capable of prioritising workload to meet deadlines.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Must be willing to travel around the UK (25% of the time) and occasional overseas travel when required.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Full and valid right to work in the UK.
