Your role will be integral to the effective operation of our business, helping us navigate the complexities of international trade and ensuring we adhere to all relevant regulations and standards. As our new Customs Compliance Manager, you will therefore be responsible for the following: # Developing and implementing customs compliance strategies to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, including customs laws, trade agreements, and sanctions. # Conducting internal audits to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans. # Providing training and guidance to employees on customs compliance requirements and best practices. # Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customs authorities, carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders from Logistics, Finance, Sales and Procurement departments. # Monitoring and analyzing customs-related data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
