We are looking for talented individuals to join the Northern team working primarily in the North West postcodes as a Field Service Engineer. The ideal candidate would live in or around Liverpool/Merseyside (but not limited to) to meet agreed service levels.

As a Canon Field Service Engineer, you'll be the trusted expert delivering our high standards directly to customers - installing, maintaining, and repairing Canon multifunctional office printers and finishing products to the highest standards. You’ll work independently in the field while being supported by a collaborative and inclusive team.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high quality service with a focus on the first-time fixes
  • Provide technical support and training to customers
  • Manage and optimise car stock inventory
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and a professional approach
  • Advise customers on chargeable work and obtain necessary authorisation
  • Accurately record service activities in line with company guidelines

Qualifications:
