Job Purpose and Summary
Canon UK are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator, you will support all sales channels with administative account support on product, marketing and sales activation. Working closley with Key account managers, Product and Channel Marketing to ensure all assets are used to maximised conversaion, account ranging requiremtns are met and account 3rd Party data is managed to monitor sasles conversaion of both Canon and the comeptition.
General adminstration support for sales activity and cover for the rest of the Sales Operations team
Amazon
- Managing the Canon catalogue on Amazon
- Optimise assets to ensure sell out
- Optimise titles and keywords to drive conversion
- Track performance and report to sales and marketing
- CUK contact and support for CEL team and Tambo
- Monitor analytics to identify required actions, trends and opportunities
B2B Sales support
- Supporting team with SFDC management – Input & analytics to deliver an accurate and consistent approach
- Managing tender claim process, liaising with all sales and marketing stakeholders
Product Setup
- Specifications, logistics and marketing copy
- Liaise with CEL for additional product info (sustainability, materials, recycling etc) as requirements change
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of message
- 3 business day SLA
